Great property for families! Staff and hotel is very accommodating. Baby bathtubs, bibs, cutlery, cups, etc. could you more seating around the pool as it was often slim pickings. Grounds were beautiful, very well maintained, and the sunsets, unreal!

The hotel's strong points are undoubtedly the greenery, the rooms nestled in a meticulously maintained Mediterranean garden, and the attention paid to children. Children are special guests at this establishment, with dedicated entertainment. For babies, there's truly everything: a bath tub, a baby food warmer, and a spotlessly clean crib. Plus, there's the option of freshly made tomato puree every day free of charge. This is truly appreciated! Breakfast and lunch overlooking the beach are also wonderful. Lunch is delicious.

A beautiful garden with room for improvement in service and amenities.

First, the positives: The gardens are a dream. The vegetation is meticulously maintained and lovingly landscaped – you can feel the genuine attention to detail. The rooms are also generally beautiful and clean. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, although, of course – as everywhere – there are exceptions where you get the feeling that someone simply got out of bed on the wrong side. The food is special in a positive way: They exclusively use regional products to create high-quality dishes. You can usually find something to your liking, and if not, even adults can order from the children's menu – a nice bonus. Raffaele deserves special mention; he advises on regional wines with great expertise and passion – a real highlight. It's also worth noting that the negative experiences were shared with the staff and management – they reacted immediately to many issues and tried to address the problems. This effort deserves recognition and shows that they are generally open to criticism.
