Beautiful, Amazing Service, and Family Friendly for young kids!
My family spent a week in Ayada Maldives in late November 2025. The experience was wonderful. The service really stands out as the highlight of the trip. We were traveling with our two young children, aged 5 and 1, and the resort from the beginning went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great experience. When we arrived, there was a baby cot and a child bed made for us. Ayada provided baby shampoo and lotion. Our butler, Rolando, highlighted child-friendly activities for us on the island, and he sent us customized reminders whenever there was an activity that he thought would be particularly good for our family.
The restaurant staff, led by Aruham and Burak, were incredibly friendly as well. They brought flowers to my children and played with them every day. My 5-year old would run off in search of her friends on staff as soon as she arrived to tell them about her latest adventure and joke with them. They brought child utensils for our one-year old. We signed up for the beach BBQ dinner, which was a beautiful experience where you get to watch the sunset as you enjoy a fresh seafood meal of all-you-can-eat lobster, and when our one-year old fell asleep, the staff set up a temporary cot for her on the beach so we could finish our meal before going home.
My daughter enjoyed meeting friends at the Kids Club and Nisha, who runs the club, was very friendly and engaging. She was patient with the children and my wife and I felt very comfortable leaving our daughter in her care.
There is a lot that has to go on behind the scenes and I have to say for a remote island, it was amazing how well-run and seamless everything was. There is a strong attention to detail among the staff and everyone is genuinely working very hard to ensure that all of the guests have an amazing time on the island.
I think because the island is further south very close to the equator, the weather is quite different from Male. It supposedly rained a lot in Male during our late November trip, but we only had one mornings of rain (plus another morning with a short shower) the entire week on the island - the rest of the time, the weather was perfect. The snorkeling was very good - we saw sharks, turtles, and many different fish.
The water villas are incredibly beautiful and exceeded our wildest expectations. The beaches are picture perfect. We spent a lot of time at Ocean Breeze in the afternoons playing in the large infinity pool, which was never crowded.
In retrospect, the week we spent at the Maldives was the least my wife and I have had to worry about anything since we became parents. They made it that easy for us. Thank you to the amazing staff and the GM, Simon, for a wonderful vacation!
