We absolutely loved the kids’ club! My children were excited to go every single day. The staff was so friendly, attentive, and caring—really felt like they treated the kids as their own. It gave us such peace of mind and added so much joy to our stay. Truly a highlight of the hotel!
The kids soft play area was amazing and unique. Has so many options that offer fun and educative play. Great for the little ones to play and learn while at it. The staff are friendly too.
We were traveling as a family having a childcare center within the hotel was nice. You are always wonder, how is it gonna be like? Their space location is only available for staff and parents under provision. Ariel and Paola were so warmed and accommodating to our kids that we even booked as a private babysitter through the hotel to adjust your schedule/jet lag
