Food is generally plentiful and staff are often friendly. However, families should expect an older property with maintenance and cleanliness inconsistencies, a pebbly beach (water shoes recommended), limited dedicated play equipment for small children, occasional construction noise nearby, and some logistical annoyances such as restricted towel exchange and room Wi‑Fi fees.

Quality-price: much cheaper than those in the same area but with the same services, only with an outdated design and very old rooms. If you assume you’re going to a superior 3-star or so, it’s very good. Practical common facilities, beautiful and well-maintained garden areas. Decent rooms but with a weird design and very 80s; once you accept that, they are comfortable and functional. The photos that show the standard bungalow for 2 people show 3 beds, but of the 3 rooms I have seen, they only have two (which is correct, but the photo is misleading). Two large pools with two atmospheres: one quiet and the other very lively with family activities all day; perfect for those going with kids or who enjoy that. The complex is large but very hilly, and there are many stairs, not suitable for reduced mobility, just like most of the rooms. Two shops with a bit of everything including a supermarket and everything you need within the complex. Wonderful and helpful staff; special mention to Yanni from the bar on the upper main floor, a wonderful person. I recommend renting a car, quad, buggy, boat excursions in Quersoneso/Chersoneso, a town 15 min/€10 by taxi, because there are more companies, variety, and better prices than from the hotel.
