We stayed for two weeks at the Angsana Laguna - and wish we were still there. Infrastructure is outstanding and despite the size of the hotel, it always feels very warm and familiar. There is a diversity of activities and there are different pools with different vibes. The pool with the artificial beach is perfect for the kids. Of course, the outstanding staff is an important part of the whole experience. Our two boys (4 and 2) loved to spend time at the kids club, playing and handicrafting with Nana and her super team. Can absolutely recommend and hope to be back soon.
We originally staying in duplex which was very old and dated. The was ants everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms were overrun with them. We then upgraded to a newer apartment with a rooftop pool and that was fantastic. Spotless clean and staff were amazing. Apartment we upgraded to was beachfront angsana. Lots of activities for families and great playground. Nice pools too
