Exceptional Service and Genuine Care

This was our second stay at Anantara Chaweng, this time to celebrate our 10th anniversary and also with our two kids (aged 2 and 7). From the moment we arrived, the genuine passion for service was clear. Every staff member from the restaurants, front desk, pool and housekeeping went above and beyond to make our holiday special. They even remembered that my kids love for watermelon juice and had it ready at every meal. When our youngest was admitted to hospital with a chest infection, the care shown by the team was extraordinary. They recommended a quality hospital, arranged a taxi, and even surprised us with a fruit platter and handwritten note wishing her a speedy recovery. Each morning at breakfast, staff would ask about her wellbeing with genuine concern. To top it all off, they delivered a delicious cake to our room in the evening to help us celebrate our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. The thoughtfulness and warmth we experienced is on another level compared to anywhere else we’ve stayed. We couldn’t recommend Anantara Chaweng more highly and look forward to returning again.

Wonderful stay at Anantara Lawana, exceptional staff

We had a truly wonderful stay at Anantara Lawana Koh Samui with our whole family. We would especially like to highlight the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff – we felt perfectly taken care of at all times. Every wish was practically anticipated, and the service was not only very personal but consistently professional. The location right by a house reef is another big plus. The sea is very shallow, which makes it ideal for children and perfect for relaxing days by the water. We were also thoroughly impressed by the food: the restaurant offered fantastic cuisine, and the service there was equally outstanding. Overall, an unforgettable stay – we would love to come back!
