Fantastic family-friendly hotel in a great location
The location is excellent — very close to two 7-Elevens, plenty of money exchangers nearby, and only about 1km from Samui Central. It’s also less than 15 minutes to Fisherman’s Village and very close to the airport.
The breakfast was truly incredible — barista-style coffee, Thai teas, and unlimited TWG tea with a beach view. Service was great, everything was clean, and the staff were kind and welcoming. I genuinely looked forward to breakfast every morning.
The hotel is extremely child-friendly — with multiple pools, clean towels, a well-maintained kids' club, and friendly staff who kept the little ones entertained in a safe environment. Huge thumbs up for that!
The overall vibe is relaxed and the grounds are well-kept. The staff were lovely — sweet, helpful, and very accommodating. The front desk was particularly great.
That said, I do wish the rooms were slightly bigger and better thought out. Housekeeping could also improve — the cleaning felt rushed and basic. Counters and bathrooms weren’t up to standard and could have been much cleaner. The bathroom also had a slight smell, which I wish housekeeping would address properly.
Still, I would definitely stay here again. The overall experience, location, service, and family-friendly environment made it a memorable trip. Bonus points for 24-hour security and properly locking doors.
And yes — the TWG tea really is amazing!
